Serious Stabbing Shocks Loughborough Road, SW9
A 19-year-old man was left seriously injured after a stabbing on Loughborough Road, sparking a rapid police and paramedic response on Saturday night, 9 December.
Rapid Response and Ongoing Hospital Care
- The attack was reported just before 7pm.
- Officers and London Ambulance Service paramedics found the victim at the scene, seriously hurt.
- He was treated on-site before being rushed to hospital. His current condition remains unknown.
Arrest Made, Investigation Underway
- A man was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice after a bicycle was removed from the scene.
- Central South CID is leading the probe, backed by local police.
- A large crime scene has been established as detectives hunt for more clues.

A Met Police spokesman said: “Police were called to Loughborough Road shortly before 7pm on Saturday following reports of a stabbing. A 19-year-old male was found seriously injured. He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. A man has been arrested in connection with perverting the course of justice over a bicycle removal. Central South CID is investigating with local support. We have established a large crime scene and ask anyone with information to contact us.”
