Man Charged After Hastings Stabbing Attack
A 28-year-old man has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent after a stabbing incident in Hastings on 26 October.
Victim Suffers Minor Stomach Injury
The victim, a 20-year-old woman, was found with a minor cut to her stomach. She was rushed to hospital, treated, and later released.
Suspects in Custody and on Bail
- Sam Secord, unemployed and from St Leonards, was arrested and charged. He appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on 30 October. He was granted conditional bail and will face Lewes Crown Court on 27 November.
- A 39-year-old man, arrested on multiple charges including grievous bodily harm, possession of a Class B drug, affray, knife possession, and common assault, has been released on conditional bail until 23 November.
Police continue their investigation into the stabbing on Havelock Road.
