A 35-year-old man has been bailed with conditions as cops probe a fatal smash on Royston Road’s bridge over Cudworth Parkway. The crash happened just after 9pm on Friday, January 20.
Tragically, cyclists Dean Jones, 40, and his 16-year-old son Lewis Daines were killed in the horror collision.
Meanwhile, two Barnsley men, aged 30 and 36, arrested this week on suspicion of assisting an offender, have been released under investigation.
