Convicted Killer on the Run Caught – Two More Prisoners Still Missing
Lewis Daniel Thornton, 29, convicted of manslaughter in 2016, vanished from HMP Sudbury on 5 December. But cops have now tracked him down in the West Midlands.
Two Dangerous Fugitives Still At Large
Thornton’s prison mates, Daniel Gerald Ferris, 30, and Rory Allen, 33, remain free. Both men escaped alongside Thornton and are considered armed and dangerous.
Meet the Fugitives
- Daniel Gerald Ferris: Convicted of robbery at Birmingham Crown Court in 2018. Ferris has strong links to Birmingham and is pictured by police.
- Rory Allen: Convicted in 2018 for involvement in cocaine and heroin supply. Known to have the word “Tug” tattooed on his right arm. Allen moves around Birmingham, Walsall, and wolverhampton/" title="Wolverhampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Wolverhampton.
Police Urge Public to Stay Vigilant
Derbyshire Police warn anyone who spots Ferris or Allen to contact authorities immediately. Quote reference 906 of 5 December when calling.
