Toddler Murder Shocks Quiet Town of Guisborough
Carol Hodgson, 39, has admitted to murdering two-year-old Daniel James Hodgson Green on February 2 in the usually peaceful market town of Guisborough.
Tragic Scene at Upper Garth Gardens
Police were called just after 10 a.m. to reports of a seriously injured toddler. A woman was also found hurt at the same Upper Garth Gardens address. Both were rushed to hospital, but little Daniel sadly died from his injuries.
Hodgson Admits Murder, Sentencing Set
In a brief 10-minute hearing, Hodgson admitted to the murder but gave no details about the crime. She remains in custody and will be sentenced on July 15.
