Woman Found Dead in Worcestershire Murder Investigation
A tragic discovery on Wast Hills Lane, Hopwood, Worcestershire, has rocked the local community. 35-year-old Kerry Owen was found dead on Friday, 27 May.
Man Charged with Murder
Police have charged 30-year-old Alan Edney of Kenilworth Road, Birmingham with Kerry’s murder. He is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 31 May.
Other Suspect Released
A 51-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released under investigation as inquiries continue.
Road Reopened
Wast Hills Lane, which was closed during the police investigation, has now reopened to the public.
