Reckless M3 Driver Jailed for Nine Years After Dangerous Spree
Gavin Bathurst-Shaw-Binning, 46, from Barons Way, Egham, Surrey, has been slammed with a nine-year prison sentence for reckless driving on the M3 that put countless lives at risk.
Lucky to Escape Serious Injury
PC Beth Hill, involved in the case, warned of the dangerous chaos caused by Bathurst-Shaw-Binning. She said, “It is by sheer luck only that nobody was seriously injured during this spree of utterly reckless and dangerous driving by the defendant.”
PC Hill added, “This caused complete mayhem on the motorway, and he has rightly been punished for his actions.”

Alongside his nine-year jail term, Bathurst-Shaw-Binning received a massive 160-month driving disqualification, underlining the gravity of his offences.
