Detectives Hunt Witnesses in Tommy Barton Murder Case
Detectives probing the shocking murder of Tommy Barton in Ryde are calling on two potential witnesses to step forward. The victim was stabbed fatally in the early hours of Sunday, May 28th on Park Road.
CCTV Released to Identify Key Witnesses
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary have released CCTV images showing two individuals near the scene at the time. Though the footage isn’t crystal clear, police believe these people may hold vital clues to cracking the case.
“We appreciate that these images are not the best quality, but if you recognise yourself in the pictures, or were in the area at the time of this incident and are yet to speak to the police, please get in touch with us,” said a police spokesperson.
Two Charged, Police Urge Public Help
Two suspects have already been charged with Tommy Barton’s murder and remain in custody. The 30-year-old tragically died from stab wounds while being rushed to hospital.
