Five Jailed for Brutal Milton Keynes Double Murder

Two men and two teenage boys have been convicted of a savage double murder and grievous bodily harm following a chilling knife attack at a birthday party in Milton Keynes.

Convictions After Knife Rampage

  • Charlie Chandler, 22, and Clayton Barker, 20, both from Bletchley, found guilty of two counts of murder and two counts of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent.
  • Two teenagers — a 17-year-old from Westcroft and a 16-year-old from Beanhill — also convicted of the same charges.
  • A fifth man, Earl Bevans, 23, with no fixed address, pleaded guilty immediately as the trial began at Luton Crown Court.

Knife Attack That Shattered Lives

Victims Dom Ansah and Ben Gillham-Rice, both 17, were fatally stabbed at a party on October 19, 2019, at Archford Croft, Emerson Valley.

Two other males, aged 25 and 18, also suffered serious stab wounds but survived the frenzied attack.

Police Speak Out on Horrific Case

“This was an utterly horrific, targeted, and premeditated attack,” said Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Bosley of Thames Valley Police’s Major Crime Unit.

“Two families lost loved ones, and two others face life-changing injuries. The bravery of witnesses has been remarkable, helping us bring justice.”

“Serious violence and knife crime tear families apart. Thames Valley Police’s Violence Reduction Unit is committed to stamping out this scourge through prevention, intervention, and enforcement.”

Sentencing for all five offenders is scheduled for 6 January 2021 at Luton Crown Court.
