Four Nabbed After Land Rover Theft at Edenbridge Petrol Station

Four suspects were arrested swiftly after a Land Rover was snatched while its owner was paying for fuel in Edenbridge. The theft happened at around 11:30 am on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at a garage on Station Road.

Police Hot on the Heels of Suspects

Officers tracked down the stolen Land Rover just six miles away in Brasted. They also found a Ford Kuga, believed linked to the suspects, over in Orpington. By 3:25 pm that same day, four individuals were in custody, thanks to the quick work of the West Kent Victim-Based Crime Team.

Charges Laid — And Court Dates Set

  • Harry Cloke, 18, of Bridge Road, Erith
  • Edward Graversen, 19, of Lower Park Road, Belvedere

Both have been charged with two counts of theft and possession of tools to steal vehicles. They appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on November 27, were granted bail, and must face Woolwich Crown Court on January 2, 2024.

  • Jason Cloke, 41, also of Bridge Road, Erith
  • A 17-year-old boy from the local area

They face the same charges. Jason Cloke is on bail and due at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on January 2, while the teenager will attend Medway Youth Court on December 17.
