Three Charged Over Dara Omar’s Fatal Stabbing in Hounslow
Three people have been charged following the murder of 22-year-old Dara Omar, who was fatally stabbed in Hounslow on Sunday, 22 June.
Main Suspect Charged with Murder
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that 27-year-old Kaywan Warzier Karim, from Walnut Tree Road, faces charges of murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
Two Others Charged with Related Offences
- Tania Hamza, 33, of Kingsley Road, has been charged with violent disorder and assisting an offender.
- Aziz Hama, 31, of Selbourne Avenue, has been charged with assisting an offender.
All three will appear in custody today at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court.
Fourth Arrest in Murder Probe
Police also arrested a 35-year-old man on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody as investigations continue.
How It Happened
Officers were called to Hanworth Road near School Road junction at 2:21pm on 22 June after reports of a stabbing.
Paramedics and police found Dara Omar from Brentford with critical stab wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he died shortly after arriving at hospital.
His next of kin have been informed and are receiving support from specially trained officers.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
“A spokesperson said: “This investigation is moving quickly, and we urge anyone who may have seen what happened or caught it on dashcam or CCTV to come forward.”
