Dad and Two Boys Vanish: Police Launch Urgent Search
Michael John Cole, 43, and his two young sons, Michael Lee Cole, 8, and Harry Cole, 7, were reported missing on Monday, 2 October. Officers are desperately appealing for information to find them safe and sound.
Who Are They?
- Michael John Cole: White male, medium build, short dark hair, dark beard last seen.
- Michael Lee Cole: 8 years old, white boy, medium build, short blond hair, blue eyes.
- Harry Cole: 7 years old, white boy, large build, short blond hair, blue eyes.
Police Issue Urgent Plea
Superintendent Shaun Virtue, Local Policing Area Commander for Bracknell and Wokingham, said:
“A substantial amount of work has been carried out since the initial report, and a court order now allows us to appeal publicly.” “I urge anyone who knows where Michael John Cole or his boys are to come forward immediately. Any tip, no matter how small, could be crucial.”
He added, “We don’t believe Michael John poses immediate risk to his sons, but we are concerned about their long-term welfare, especially access to education and healthcare.”
Wide Area Search Underway
Michael John Cole is from Arborfield but has links across Berkshire – including Wokingham, Bracknell, and Reading – as well as Basingstoke (Hampshire), Ludlow and Shrewsbury (Shropshire), and Bridgend and Newport in Wales.
Despite help from family, friends, and local residents, police have yet to find the trio.
