A 26-year-old man from Porth is behind bars after admitting he incited a child to engage in sexual activity. Himanshu Himanshu committed the crime in August 2025 when the victim was just 14.

Originally denying the charges, Himanshu dramatically switched his plea to guilty mid-trial. Cardiff Crown Court didn’t hang about, sentencing him to one year in prison on Wednesday, February 18.
