Two men charged following fatal lorry crash in Bath Avon and arrested-after-fatal-a46-crash-near-bath-as-four-emergency-helicopters-respond/" class="uknip-inline-link">Somerset Police have charged two men in connection with the road traffic collision Bath in which four people died. The incident took place on Lansdown Lane on February 9 when a tipper truck carrying aggregate was in collision with a number of vehicles and two pedestrians.
Matthew Gordon, 29, of Chestnut Farm, Dauntsey, Wiltshire, has been charged with two counts of aiding, abetting, counselling and procuring/aiding and abetting cause 1 Magistrates’ Court on January 21 in 2016
