Huddersfield Duo Held Over Dangerous Firearm Incident
Leon Flynn, 37, of Kirkstone Avenue, and Harley McCluskey, 24, from Sheepridge Road, faced Leeds Magistrates Court on Friday, March 4. Both are charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Gun Discharged in Dalton Street
The charges stem from a firearm being fired on Ridgeway, Dalton, Huddersfield, on the afternoon of January 7. Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident.
Investigations Ongoing as Both Remanded
Flynn and McCluskey were remanded in custody and are set to appear before Leeds Crown Court. West Yorkshire Police Protective Services Crime unit continues to investigate.
