Authorities are growing increasingly alarmed for Fatima Maria Menezes Nunes, 57, who vanished from her Hayes home on Friday, May 10. Considered vulnerable, Fatima’s family and police are desperate to find her safe and sound.
Last Seen Leaving Home Early Morning
Fatima was last seen leaving her home between 6:30am and 9:30am on May 10. She was reported missing three days later on May 13, triggering a major police search, including widespread social media appeals.
Known to Wander South London, Needs Medication
Fatima often visits areas across South London like Brixton, The Oval, Clapham, and Harlesden, as well as Portuguese shops and restaurants. She requires medication for multiple health issues and walks with a limp, making her disappearance even more worrying.
Police Urge Public for Information
“Police are concerned for the welfare of a woman who has been missing from her home in Hayes for 10 days. Fatima Maria Menezes Nunes is believed to have left her home on Friday, 10 May. We’ve carried out extensive checks and launched a social media appeal,” said a Metropolitan Police spokesperson.
Authorities are urging anyone who has seen Fatima or knows her whereabouts to get in touch immediately. Call 101 or contact @MetCC quoting ref CAD 3388/13 May.
