Four men have been arrested after a stabbing in Tower Hamlets left a man fighting for his life this afternoon. The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service rushed to Clare Street, E2, just after 4pm on Monday, November 25, following reports of a brutal knife attack.
On arrival, officers found a 34-year-old man with stab wounds. Paramedics treated him at the scene before rushing him to hospital. Thankfully, his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Suspects Held as Police Launch Investigation
Within hours, police arrested four men on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. They’re currently in custody at an East London police station while detectives dig deeper into what sparked the violent incident.

“Police were called shortly after 16:00hrs on Monday, 25 November to reports of a man found stabbed on Clare Street, E2. The 34-year-old man has been taken to hospital for treatment, and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Four men were arrested a short time later on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. They remain in custody,” a Metropolitan Police spokesperson confirmed.
