The family of Jonathan “Jay” Gore, 22, have paid a heartfelt tribute after he died in a collision on the A265 near Broad Oak on Sunday, 20 September.
Young Life Cut Short in Early Morning Crash
Jay, from Broad Oak, was walking along the road between Broad Oak and Burwash in the early hours when he was struck by a car. Sadly, he died instantly at the scene.
Family Recall Jay’s Kindness and Joyful Spirit
The family remember Jay as a gentle soul with a huge heart. They say he was full of life, loyalty, and always ready to support friends and family.
“His smile, personality and humour filled everyone’s lives with love and happiness,” they said.
Police Appeal for Dash Cam and CCTV Footage
