Man, 50, Arrested for Murder After Fatal Harlow Pedestrian Crash
A 50-year-old man from Harlow was arrested on Sunday evening after a deadly collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on a cycle path off Momples Road at around 5:30pm on Saturday, March 29.
