Man Stabbed in Leytonstone on Halloween Night
A man was rushed to hospital after a stabbing on Halloween in Leytonstone. Emergency services were alerted at 6:58 pm on October 31 following reports of the attack on the A11 High Road.
Emergency Response Was Swift and Serious
The London Ambulance Service sent a response officer, a tactical unit, and paramedics in fast-response cars. London’s Air Ambulance charity also landed on scene to provide critical support for what was one of the capital’s most serious incidents that night.
The victim was stabilised at the scene before being driven to a major trauma centre. His condition remains unknown.
Road Closures and Travel Disruption Hit the Area
The A11 High Road was shut in both directions between Crownfield Road and Belton Road, causing major traffic chaos. Bus routes heading to Walthamstow and Stratford took a hit, with diversions now in place.
The Met Police have been contacted, and the stabbing investigation is ongoing.
