Police Hunt Nigel Maxwell Over Shocking Sexual Assault in Newport Pagnell
Thames Valley Police are urgently seeking help to find 49-year-old Neil Maxwell wanted in connection with a sexual assault on Newport Pagnell’s High Street.
Sex Assault at 4.30pm Last November
On November 16, just after 4.30pm, a woman in her twenties was attacked before the suspect sped off in a vehicle. Maxwell is described as white, about 5ft 9ins, stocky, with receding brown hair and sometimes seen wearing glasses.
Maxwell’s Trail Spans UK Wide
Police say Maxwell has links across the UK, including Kelso, Lockerbie, and the Highlands in Scotland, plus the Lake District, Dorset, Somerset, Cornwall, Milton Keynes, Slough, and Bedfordshire.
Police Plea: Public’s Help Needed
“We are appealing for help from the public to trace Maxwell in connection with an incident of sexual assault,” said investigating officer PC Elliot Higgins from Milton Keynes Police Station. “He often uses campsites, especially in the Lake District, Scottish Highlands and the south coast of England.”
