A motorcyclist has died following a serious crash on the A337 last month. The 73-year-old New Forest rider was badly hurt in a collision involving two Volkswagens.
Three-Vehicle Smash on A337
Police were called to the scene between Lymington and Everton at 4.45pm on September 19. The crash involved a Volkswagen Golf, a Volkswagen Polo, and a motorcycle.
Rider Succumbs to Injuries
The elderly biker was rushed to southampton/" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Southampton General Hospital with life-threatening injuries but sadly passed away on October 4. Officers are supporting his grieving family and ongoing formal identification is underway.
