Nottinghamshire Police have opened a murder investigation following the discovery of a woman’s body early this morning in Milton. Officers found her lifeless on Main Street at 3:12am on 20 March.
Four Held Over Milton Murder
Police have arrested four suspects: three men aged 37, 42, and 64, and a 60-year-old woman. All are in custody on suspicion of murder as detectives dig deeper into the case.
The killing happened near the busy A1, where a police cordon is still in place. Motorists are warned to expect traffic delays in the area.
Ongoing Investigation – Police Seek Public Help
Detective Chief Inspector Ruby Burrow from the East Midlands Special Operations Unit said: “We are in the early stages of our investigation and are working to establish the circumstances of this incident. This will impact on traffic on the A1 so we apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
