Officers from Bromley rushed to the Ramsden Estate following reports of a dangerous, out-of-control dog attacking an elderly local man. Things quickly escalated as the animal turned aggressive, injuring the pensioner and two responding officers.

Taser Used to Subdue Savage Dog

The brave officers had to deploy a taser to bring the rampaging dog under control. Meanwhile, the 80-year-old victim was rushed to Princess Royal University Hospital by London Ambulance Service.

Police Launch Investigation, Breed Unknown

Police launched a full investigation into the incident, but so far no arrests have been made. Enquiries are ongoing to determine the dog’s breed and the circumstances behind the attack.
