Young Man Bottle-Smashed in Castle Street Attack
A shocking assault rocked Castle Street at around 9.30pm on Friday, 30 October.
An 18-year-old male victim was viciously attacked outside the Tale of Spice restaurant. A gang of youths battered him, including a savage blow to the face with a bottle.
Bystander from 1 Sports Bar Comes to Rescue
Police say someone from nearby 1 Sports Bar rushed out to help the young man during the chaos.
Victim Hospitalised with Suspected Fractured Eye Socket
The victim was rushed to Royal United Hospital in Bath with a suspected fractured eye socket. Thankfully, he was treated and released the very next day.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
