Southsea Crime Wave Strikes Again: Café and Curry House Burgled in Dead of Night
A Southsea café and its neighbour have fallen victim to a shocking crime spree sweeping the area. Cinnamon Coffee Southsea and the Curry Leaf on Winter Road were hit in a brazen burglary last night, leaving owners fuming and forced to clean up the mess.
Door Smashed, Till Ransacked
Thugs smashed Cinnamon Coffee’s door right off its hinges. Next door, the Curry Leaf had its till emptied and charity boxes stolen. “Last night Cinnamon Cafe was broken into and the door smashed through by some scumbags,” the owners revealed.
Business Closed as Owners Recover
Ben Brades, owner of Cinnamon Coffee, confirmed they’ll be closed Tuesday while police investigate and repairs are made. “Just to make you all aware we will be shut this Tuesday while police check things over and we get a new door fitted. Hoping to re-open for business as normal!” he added.
