Teen Stabbed to Death in Broad Daylight in West Midlands

Police have launched an urgent hunt after 19-year-old Chris Ikouara was fatally stabbed just before 2pm on January 13th in broad daylight. The victim was found critically injured at an Acocks Green address on Olton Boulevard East. Paramedics fought to save him, but Chris was pronounced dead at the scene.

“A son, a brother, an uncle and a friend,” the family said in a touching tribute. “Chris, known to friends as KC, was kind, caring and deeply cherished by his family. He was taken from us far too soon at just 19 years old. His cheeky smile and goofy laugh will be missed forever. Chris will live on in our hearts and memories.”

Police Plea: Help Find Chris’s Killer

Detective Superintendent Jim Munro, leading the investigation, revealed officers have worked around the clock to track down those behind the brutal murder.

“Our thoughts remain with Chris’s family and loved ones. We are offering full support while pressing for justice. We urge anyone with information — no matter how small — to come forward immediately. We understand the community’s concern and are conducting reassurance patrols.”
