Knife-Wielding Robbers Strike Twice on Mottisfont Road Footbridge

Two terrifying attempted robberies rocked Mottisfont Road yesterday afternoon. The chilling incidents unfolded between 2pm and 3pm on the footbridge linking Mottisfont Road and Bracondale Road.

Victims Threatened with Knife – No Injuries or Theft

Both victims came face-to-face with knife-wielding attackers. Luckily, no one was harmed and nothing was stolen. The Met Police confirmed:

“On Wednesday, 20 November police received reports of attempted robberies on Mottisfont Road, Abbey Wood. Two victims reported they were threatened with a knife between 14:00hrs and 15:00hrs. There were no reported injuries and nothing was stolen.”

Police Hunting Knife Thugs – No Arrests Yet

The Met has launched a full investigation but no arrests have been made so far. Residents are urged to stay vigilant as police probe these brazen footbridge attacks.
