Tragic Crash Near Winchester Claims Two Young Lives

Police are hunting for witnesses after a fatal smash near Winchester this morning (Thursday 25 April).

At 6.30am, officers rushed to the B3404 Alresford Road following a single-vehicle crash about a mile east of St Swithun’s School. A blue Ford Fiesta, heading east, left the road and slammed into a tree.

Two Men in Their 20s Die in Horror Crash

Both occupants—young men from Alton in their 20s—died at the scene. Their next of kin have been notified.

Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Officers revealed the car stopped at the BP and Marks & Spencer filling station on the A31 at Four Marks shortly before the crash. They want anyone who saw the vehicle or the collision to come forward.
