Two Men Arrested Over Ramsgate Robbery

Kent Police have arrested two men following a robbery in Ramsgate.

Victim Attacked While Walking Dog

A man in his 50s was walking his dog on Victoria Road at around 12:45am on Monday, 6 July 2020, when two men approached him. They asked for cigarettes, and when he refused, they pinned him against a vehicle and searched his pockets.

The thieves allegedly stole cash, a bank card, and a packet of cigarettes.

Suspects in Custody

Officers quickly arrested a 46-year-old Ramsgate man and a 39-year-old with no fixed address. Both have been taken into custody as inquiries continue.
