Woman Suffered Life-Changing Injuries in Smash on A365 Bath Road

Two-Car Collision Near Bowerhill Lane

Wiltshire Police are hunting witnesses after a serious two-car crash on the A365 Bath Road yesterday afternoon.

The smash happened around 2:10 p.m. on February 10 near Bowerhill Lane, involving a red Vauxhall Astra and a red Nissan Micra.

Police say the Nissan Micra was stationary and waiting to turn right onto Bowerhill Lane when the Vauxhall smashed into it.

  • The Nissan driver, a woman in her 40s, suffered serious injuries and was rushed to hospital, where she remains in treatment.
  • The Vauxhall driver, a man in his 30s, escaped unhurt.

Road Shut for Hours as Police Probe Crash

The A365 Bath Road was closed for several hours while collision investigators examined the scene. The road has now reopened.

Police Plea: Witnesses and Dashcam Footage Needed

Wiltshire Police urgently want anyone who saw the collision or has dashcam footage to step forward.
