The government has just released the latest rateable values for all business properties in England and Wales. You can now see what your property has been valued at—and challenge it if you think they’ve gone overboard.

The updated non-domestic rating list is out! This list sets the official rateable values used by local councils to calculate your business rates bills. But beware: your rateable value isn’t your final bill – it’s just the starting point.

The old 2017 rating list is now closed for good. You can no longer expect changes to your previous values – unless in very rare cases.
