Overnight between Wednesday 7 and early Thursday 8 October, a massive fly-tip appeared in Dragons Lane, Dragon’s Green — right by the A272 junction. The illegal dump shocked residents and the council alike.
Three-quarters of a tonne of rubbish dumped
Council crews swung into action to clear a staggering 750kg of rubbish. The haul included a dismantled wooden structure and various gardening items, confirming that a large vehicle must have been involved.
