Manhunt Launched for White Van Driver After Fatal Hit-and-Run in Sutton

A desperate manhunt is underway in Sutton after a white van smashed into a woman before speeding off, leaving her dead at the scene.

Police were called to Tonfield Road, Sutton, at 6.57pm following a horror crash involving two vehicles. Despite heroic efforts from paramedics and the Air Ambulance, the woman was pronounced dead on impact.
