Mum's Desperate Plea to Find Priceless Parcel Lost in Transit
Louise Williams from Cardiff is distraught after her precious parcel vanished without a trace. The mum took to social media to beg for help tracking down a memory quilt made from her daughter’s newborn clothes — a gift worth more than money.
Missing Memory Quilt Sparks Heartbreak
Louise revealed: “I’ve spoken to Hermes’ customer relations manager, but they can’t trace my parcel. They don’t know which depot or hub it’s stuck in.” The parcel vanished two weeks ago after being sent via My Hermes courier.
“I have one very precious daughter after a number of losses and am now unable to have more. I had a memory quilt made from all her newborn clothes. The lady who made it sent me photos of the finished quilt before posting it,” Louise shared.
Parcel Vanished Without a Trace
Hermes can only track the parcel up to the courier, leaving Louise with no leads. “This item is priceless,” she stresses. Louise is urging the public to keep an eye out for a package marked from Pretty Little Polka Dot.
She’s desperate for any information. “I am truly grateful to everyone sharing this in advance. I’m posting this in desperation.”
