Kidbrooke Park Road in Blackheath is completely closed in both directions following a crash reported at around 8:10am today. The smash has caused chaos, with traffic piling up all the way back to the A2 Kidbrooke Interchange.

Emergency services raced to the scene and are still working to clear the wreckage. Meanwhile, buses 178 and 335 have been forced onto detours, adding to the disruption for local commuters.
Drivers Urged to Steer Clear
The AA has issued a warning: “Road closed and delays due to crash on A2213 Kidbrooke Park Road both ways between Weigall Road and Henley Cross. Congestion extends to the A2 Kidbrooke Interchange. Detours are in operation for buses 178 and 335.”
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes until the situation is resolved.
