Schoolgirl Vanishes Without a Trace – Missing for 10 Months

Mystery Surrounding Teen’s Disappearance
Staff at Saidatu’s Lambeth school reported her missing on March 9, 2022, after she was absent for a week. Despite the disappearance happening almost a year ago, the Metropolitan Police only issued their first appeal in December 2022, warning she could be “anywhere in the UK.”
The police revealed no records exist of anyone named Saidatu Jalloh entering the country, suggesting she might be using other names. Concerns remain over the strange circumstances of her entry into the UK and her sudden disappearance.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said:
“Saidatu Jalloh was reported missing by staff at her Lambeth school on March 9, 2022, after not being seen for a week. She had only just enrolled and little was known about her. Enquiries at her registered address have yielded no leads.Saidatu is thought to have recently arrived in the UK but no records of anyone with her name entering the country have been found, so she may use other names. While there is no evidence of harm, the circumstances around her arrival and disappearance are worrying.Officers are eager to find her and ensure she is safe and in the care of responsible adults.”
