Sussex Traffic Watch reports an overturned vehicle blocking the eastbound A27 at Southwick Tunnel. Authorities have shut the road and set up diversions via the A270 Old Shoreham and the A293 Hangleton Link to ease the backup.
Ambulance Attends But Has Left, Recovery Underway
The KSS Air ambulance rushed to the scene but has since returned to base. Police confirmed at 6:43pm they are working to recover the crashed vehicle and clear the road as soon as possible.
