Police appeal after Hit and Run in Netley Abbey leaves Woman with Fractured Arm

Police Officers from Hampshire are investigating a fail to stop collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle that took place on Hound Road in Netley Abbey at around 11:30am this morning (Saturday, October 1). A 24 year-old woman reported that she was crossing the road when she was involved in a collision with some kind of vehicle. The woman did not see exactly what the vehicle was, and it did not stop at the scene near to the Hound Farm lay-by. A woman wearing a pink top assisted the victim, but left a short time later. Police are keen to trace this woman as she may have seen what happened. The 24 year-old woman was taken to Southampton General Hospital to be treated for a suspected fractured arm.
