Isle of Wight Coastguard Tasked to Chemical Containers
The Isle of Wight Needles Coastguard rescue Team where tasked to locate plastic containers along South West coastline of the island this afternoon. Around a dozen gathered at high water with a further search resuming at low water where a dozen more containers were found, 1 clearly marked toxic and another with an unidentifiable liquid within. Local council informed and they were collected for safe disposal this morning. It is not believed that the find is a risk to the wider community
