Man Charged with Murder after teenager found dead at Kent Caravan Park
Police have charged a 63 year old man with the murder of a 19 year old woman at a caravan park in Kent. Officers were called to the Westlands Caravan Park near Herne Bay at 2pm on Friday following reports of an assault. 19-year-old Olivia Kray was pronounced dead at the scene. On Saturday 22 July, detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate charged Richard Kray, 63 from Canterbury Road with Olivia’s murder. He has also been charged with attempted murder. He will appear via virtual court at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 24 July.
