Man Charged with Murder of 19-Year-Old at Kent Caravan Park

Police have charged a 63-year-old man with the murder of a teenager at a caravan park in Kent. Officers rushed to Westlands Caravan Park near Herne Bay at 2pm on Friday after reports of an assault. Tragically, 19-year-old Olivia Kray was pronounced dead at the scene.

Suspect Also Faces Attempted Murder Charge

On Saturday 22 July, detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate charged Richard Kray, 63, of Canterbury Road, with Olivia’s murder. He is also facing an attempted murder charge.

Virtual Court Appearance Scheduled

Richard Kray will appear via virtual hearing at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 24 July. The investigation is ongoing.
