Masked Thief Snatches Lifesaving Ambulance Bag on Christmas Day!
At around 5.40am on Christmas Day, chaos struck in Portsmouth as a man wearing a balaclava stole a vital Ambulance Response Bag right from under crew members’ noses. The thief made a swift getaway on a bicycle along Wingfield Street.

This isn’t just any bag. Every frontline ambulance carries this lifesaving kit, jam-packed with essential gear used at every emergency call. Without it, paramedics are left dangerously handicapped.
Service Disrupted, Lives at Risk
The stolen bag meant the ambulance was out of action until replacement equipment could be found. Thankfully, the patient and crew escaped harm, but this brazen theft could have cost lives.
