One pulled from mud in Warash

The Hillhead Coastguard search and Rescue team have been in action this afternoon working with Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and South Central Ambulance Service and a Hazardous area response team in Warash. Emergency crews were called after a person became trapped in the mud. Two Coastguard mud rescue technicians were deployed and extricated the casualty to safety. Fire crews from Hightown assisted with a wash down for the technicians.
