Police responded to reports of a fight in Watermill Way, SW19, on Sunday, July 9, at 8pm. Officers swiftly arrived at the scene along with the London Ambulance Service.

A 21-year-old man was treated at the location before being rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, his condition remains life-threatening. The seriousness of his injuries necessitated immediate medical attention.

In connection with the incident, a second man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm (GBH). The investigation is ongoing, and officers are working diligently to establish the circumstances surrounding the altercation.

A spokesman for the Met Police said: At 20:02hrs on Sunday, 9 July police were called to reports of a fight in Watermill Way, SW19.

Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service.

A 21-year-old man was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital where his condition remains life-threatening.

A second man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH.

Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident and has not yet spoken to officers to come forward with any information. Witnesses can contact the police by calling 101, quoting the reference number 6687/09JUL.
