A 33-year-old man, Ricky Morgan, is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court following his arrest in connection to a stabbing incident that occurred on the Jubilee Line train between Green Park and Bond Street Underground stations on July 9.
Morgan, who currently has no fixed address, faces charges of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. He has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in court this morning.
The incident took place on Friday, July 9, prompting a swift response from authorities. Police were called to Green Park Underground station at 18.47 after receiving reports of a stabbing on-board a Jubilee Line service.
Specialist officers were immediately dispatched to the scene, leading to Morgan’s arrest. He was subsequently taken into police custody for further questioning.
Paramedics were also summoned to the location, and the injured individual was transported to a nearby hospital. As of now, he remains in a stable condition under medical care.
