Motorists on the M25 faced a nightmare morning as a vehicle fire near the Swanley interchange sparked major hold-ups. Traffic is currently being held clockwise within Junction 3, heading towards the Darenth Bypass near Dartford.

Alerted just after 7:30am, fire crews and emergency services were quick to respond to the blaze on the M25 at Junction 3. Luckily, there are no serious injuries reported so far, National Highways confirms.
