Met Police Hunt Two Men Over Forest Gate Double Stabbing

Met detectives have released CCTV images and video of two suspects wanted after a double stabbing in Forest Gate.

The attack happened at 11.35pm on Wednesday, 20 March, on Woodgrange Road, E7. Police rushed to the scene after reports of a stabbing.

Two Victims Suffer Multiple Stab Wounds

Officers found two men with multiple stab wounds. Both were rushed to hospital, but thankfully their injuries are not life-threatening.

CCTV footage shows two young men approach the victims before launching the stabbing attack. The suspects then fled towards Forest Gate BR Station.

Police Plea for Public’s Help to ID Suspects

Detective Constable Ben Dailey of the North East Area Sapphire team said:

“We have exhausted all lines of enquiry and now urgently need the public’s help to identify these men. Although the footage isn’t crystal clear, someone out there might recognise them.”

“If you witnessed the stabbing or were in the area on Wednesday, 20 March, please step forward. Contact police on 101 and quote reference 8276/20MAR24.”
