Police Hunt for More Witnesses in Shocking SE8 Stabbing
Detectives are urgently appealing for help after 21-year-old Robert Robinson was stabbed to death in Carteret Way, SE8, on June 6. The brutal attack has rocked the local community, with officers led by Detective Inspector Neil Tovey determined to bring the killers to justice.
Targeted Attack in Quiet Residential Area
DI Tovey revealed the assault was carried out by a group wielding weapons who deliberately targeted Robert in a residential street. Despite rapid response from police and paramedics, Robert tragically died at the scene.
Two Charged But Police Believe Others Were Involved
“We’ve charged two men in connection with this horrific incident,” said DI Tovey. “But we believe there are still more witnesses or individuals with vital information. If you have dashcam footage, CCTV images or any other details, please get in touch.”
