Teen Charged With Triple Murder After Luton Bloodbath
An 18-year-old man faces murder charges after three bodies were found in a Luton flat on Friday, September 13. Nicholas Prosper, from Luton, was arrested early that morning following a welfare check at a Leabank property off Wauluds Bank Drive.
Horrific Scene Uncovered by Police
Officers arrived at the flat around 5:30 a.m. to find the lifeless bodies of Juliana Prosper, 48, and her two children, Kyle, 16, and Giselle, 13. A firearm was recovered at the scene. Nicholas Prosper, related to the victims, was quickly arrested nearby and now faces three counts of murder and multiple firearms offences.
Police Pay Tribute and Urge Privacy
“Our thoughts are with the victims and their families at this unimaginably difficult time,” said Detective Superintendent Rob Hall of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit. “Specialist officers are supporting the loved ones, and we ask for their privacy to be respected.”
Hall also praised the officers who responded to the grim discovery. “They worked tirelessly amid awful circumstances to bring clarity to this tragic case.”
Investigation Ongoing, Community On Alert
Prosecutors have scheduled Nicholas Prosper’s first court appearance at Luton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 16. Bedfordshire Police confirmed officers will remain at the scene, with extra community patrols providing reassurance to locals.
